About the Show

1 - What age range is the show suitable for? - Suitable for all families. Under 3's go FREE. (Under 3's are to sit on parents lap. If you would like a seat, a valid ticket must be purchased)

2- Is the show family-friendly? Yes, it is a family show. 

3- How long is the show? This show will last around 90 minutes. 

4- Is there an interval/break during the 90 minutes? There will be a short interval half way through the show,

5- Do audience members get to participate? Yes, Ranger J will choose audience members to come up to the stage to assist with the Animals/Magic or Game show.

6 - Is every show the same, or does it vary? This is specific performed show. Each show is the same in different venues.

 

Animals & Insects

7- What animals will be appearing in the show? This is a mystery.

8- Will audience members be able to touch or hold any animals? Audience members who are invited to help will get to touch and encounter the animals. during the interval there will be a slight opportunity to get a photo with an animal. 

9- Are the animals safe? Yes, All animals are treated with the upmost respect for their welfare and safety.

10- What happens if someone is nervous or scared of reptiles or insects? Please speak to the staff on the day, who can reassure you and keep an eye during the show, 

 

Accessibility & Comfort

11- Is the show suitable for children with additional needs? Yes, Please make the team aware on the day who can assist you further.

12- Will there be loud noises, flashing lights, smoke effects, or sudden surprises? There are no special effects but the show may experience some loud moments. 

13- Can guests leave and re-enter during the performance if needed? Yes, please make the team aware on the day.

 

Venue Information

14- What time do doors open? The doors open at pm at every venue with the show expected to start at 6:30pm. There will be a DJ set at 6:10pm to warm the crowd up.

15- How long before the show should we arrive? It is recommended to arrive 15/20 minutes before the doors open. 

16- Is parking available? Yes, there is parking. I would look this up in advance to ensure there is adequate room and to allow time to arrive to the venue from the parking area. 

17- Are pushchairs/strollers allowed inside? Yes, all venues have space for this. 

18- Is there allocated seating or free seating? No, this is a first come and first serve basis. 

 

Food & Drink

19- Can we bring food and drinks into the venue? No, unless there is a medical reason.

20- Are exceptions made for medical conditions, allergies, or baby food? Yes, please make the team aware of any needs you have and we will try to accommodate you. 

21- Will refreshments be available to purchase? Yes, every venue will either have a bar or an option to purchase liquids and food. 

 

Tickets

22- Do adults need tickets? Yes, everyone who is 3+ would require a ticket to the venue. Adults and children. Under 3's go FREE.

23- Do babies/toddlers require tickets? If your child is 3+ they would require a ticket. Under 3's go FREE but must sit on the parents /guardians lap. 

24- Are tickets refundable or transferable? Tickets are not refundable but are transferred to a different venue on this tour. 

25- Can tickets be purchased on the door? No, this is a pre-ticket only event. Tickets must be purchased in advance, 

 

Photos & Recording

26- Can we take photographs during the show? No photography can be used.

27- Can we record videos? Recording during the show is forbidden. 

 

Safety

28- What safety measures are in place for the animal encounters? We are fully risk asses and trained. 

29- What should we do if we have allergies related to animals? Please make the team aware on arrival. 

 

Merchandise & Extras

30- Will there be merchandise available? Yes, we will have a stall available.

31- Are there opportunities to meet the animals after the show? Yes, you can upgrade your ticket for a VIP which allows you to handle the animals and have a photo and more with our VIP pass.

32- Is there a photo opportunity after the performance? Yes, There is an option for a VIP pass which you can purchase on the day of the event.
